Returns Policy

You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return your item. The item must be returned in the same condition that it was sent in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the US. Shipping is free in the continental US and Hawaii for all orders over $49. Items under $49 have a flat rate of $6. Items shipped to Canada have a flat rate of $20 for priority mail international shipping.

Orders are normally processed and shipped out within two business days. 

Shipping prices are subject to change with the ever changing postal increases.
